Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects

Monitor ongoing expenses and identify potential savings

Produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Manage contracts and procurement

Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money

Conduct risk assessments and method statements

Perform cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency and safety

Liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities

About you 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management

Experience in Gas System, Process Piping, Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor, or EPC projects is preferred

Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good written and verbal communication skills
