Your tasks
Job Scope Project management via consolidation of business requirements:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements to translate them into reporting solutions
- E.g. type and number of reports, expected KPIs, metrics and timeline
Power BI reports and dashboards development
- Based on aligned business requirements - design, develop and maintain end-to-end reporting using Power BI, from data ingestion to visualization
- Scope includes overall centralized reporting framework and individual reporting solutions
- Manage UAT and successful deployment
Power Apps and Power Automate workflows development
- Collaborate with various functions to identify opportunities for automation, to reduce time spent on repetitive manual data generation. Create workflows and intuitive user interface for seamless and accurate reporting.
Data management
- Extract and transform data from internal data warehouses and external sources (e.g., SharePoint, Excel)
- Automate data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory or Power Automate
- Create and maintain robust data models, applying best practices in data transformation (Power Query, DAX).
User adoption
- Conduct user trainings for all developed reporting solutions to the relevant functional teams to drive adoption and usage
Others (if applicable) Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
