We're founder-owned, we're growing fast, and we're building something bigger: a media side (YouTube, social, and a podcast) that hunters actually want to watch. The job You make our content look as good as it is. Motion comes first, but statics matter too. You'll work from our creative strategist's briefs, alongside our full-time videographer. Animated ads, motion graphics, and on-screen text and captions for short videos Static ads for Facebook and Instagram (we launch new products every season) YouTube thumbnails that get clicked Social graphics, email graphics, and website banners New versions every week, because we test a lot of ads Keeping our brand looking like us everywhere Who you are Strong in motion (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) and solid at statics (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; Canva is fine too) Your portfolio has ads, not just pretty pictures. Show us work that sold something. You know what makes someone stop scrolling in the first second, and what makes a thumbnail get clicked. You hunt or spend time outdoors, so you know what looks real to a hunter and what looks fake. Big plus. You're fast and dependable. You hit deadlines, and you don't hand over unfinished work. You use AI tools to move faster, but your eye makes the calls. Pay $55,000–$90,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. How to apply Send us:
