What you will be doing

Are you independent, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare? We are seeking an Account Management Assistant to join our Singapore Account Management team and support smooth clinical and administrative operations.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

  • Administrative Support: Provide admin support to the Account Management team, including data entry and documentation
  • Report Processing: Review of health screening reports in line with internal SOPs
  • Clinical Workflow: Flag abnormal findings and initiate follow-ups
  • Patient Outreach: Contact patients via email and phone for follow-up care
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • Account and Events Support: Assist Account Managers with the preparation of data reports, event materials and presentations for clients
  • Stakeholder Communication: Handle communications such as emails and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Operational Support: Perform routine administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required

What we are looking for

Required:

  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle patient data with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email tools
  • Willingness to support ad-hoc onsite events

Good to have:

  • Experience in healthcare of admin support is a plus
