CCTV Engineer

Your tasks

Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of CCTV cameras, switches, NVRs, servers, workstations, and other related equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal operation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in CCTV cameras, NVRs, servers, workstations, and other related equipment and resolve issues promptly.

Upgrade and replace hardware and software components as necessary.

Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on CCTV system operation.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and generate service reports.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during installations and repairs.

Stay updated on the latest CCTV technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.

Experience with IP-based CCTV systems and video management software.

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.).

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
