Responsibilities: Lead the research, selection, and specification of FF&E items including furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories. Develop detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee procurement processes. Prepare compelling presentations and material boards to communicate design concepts effectively. Ensure all FF&E selections comply with industry standards, regulations, and project timelines. Conduct site visits and quality control checks to ensure proper installation and execution.
