White Glove Contracting is looking for a Siding Installer to join our team.

What You?ll Be Doing

• Installing James Hardie, LP SmartSide, wood, metal, and vinyl siding
• Installing soffit, fascia, trims, and accessories
• Measuring, cutting, and installing flashings and drip caps
• Following proper weatherproofing and building envelope practices
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years siding installation experience
• Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle
• Own basic hand tools and tool pouch
• Ability to accurately cut and install flashings and drip caps
• Good understanding of weatherproofing systems and moisture management
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, professional, and punctual

Assets (Not Required)

• Aerial Lift Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Fall Arrest Certification
• Experience building and working on scaffold systems
• Framing and general carpentry experience
• Experience reading plans and blueprints
• Leadership or crew lead experience
