Your tasks:
- Repairs, maintenance, conversions, and retrofits on existing customer machines
- Execution of assignments at customer sites - field service share approx. 80%
- Order coordination at the customer site
- Maintaining good customer contact even in problem situations
- Receipt of customer complaints and forwarding them to the internal service
- Communication with customers
- Proactive mediation of After Market Sales offers to customers
Your profile:
- Technical training or good knowledge in mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics, basic knowledge of the technology
- Very good knowledge of our products or the technology for machine tools
- Good communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable field
- Good English skills
- Resilience and good handling of problem situations
- General flexibility
Our offer
Remuneration and benefits: The minimum salary for this position is € 3,001.51 gross/month. The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or professional experience. Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours and the possibility of home office.
