Your tasks:
- Operational execution of all purchasing activities
- Processing of dispatch lists
- Creation of inquiries and supplier selection
- Processing and comparison of quotations
- Order placement and invoice control
- Responsibility for deadlines for all purchased parts per buyer group
- Supplier management and evaluation
- Shortage management
- Creation of framework agreements and various reports
Your profile:
- Technical training (e.g., HTL Maschinenbau, Meisterschule)
- Basic knowledge of business administration or commercial training
- Professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad (10-20%)
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Good English skills
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Our offer
Remuneration and benefits: The minimum salary for this position is € 3,396.21 gross/month. The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or professional experience. Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours and the possibility of home office.
