• Able to join immediately
• Intermediate English is a must
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and welcome them with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests, maintaining an organized seating chart
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover and wait times
• Answer phone calls to take reservations and answer guest inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance/waiting area
• Manage waitlists during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Handle guest complaints or concerns politely, escalating to a manager when necessary
• Bid farewell to guests as they leave, ensuring a positive last impression
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., recording guest counts, updating reservation systems)
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, promotions, and daily specials
