We are looking for a person with strategic vision and a passion for continuous improvement to participate in the development and startup of the Consumer Packaging plant in Cd. Obregón. They will be responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing production processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing the operating system that ensures a safe, efficient, and scalable operation from the start.

Requirements:

• Education: Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Engineer.
• Experience: minimum of 2 years in process engineering, production, or continuous improvement with desirable experience in Greenfield projects.

Knowledge:

• Lean Manufacturing
• Continuous Improvement
• OPEX
• DMS
• Data analysis
• Advanced Excel, SAP, Power BI management.
• Intermediate – advanced English.
• Competencies: strategic vision and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Define, monitor, and follow up on performance KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, waste, efficiency, and customer compliance.
• Actively participate in the plant startup, ensuring process standardization and operational best practices.
• Develop flowcharts, instructions, formats, and documentation required for process management.
• Implement visual management tools, DMS, and operational control systems for tracking results.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, productivity increase, and cost optimization.
• Train and develop operational personnel in standards, procedures, and performance metrics.
