We are looking for a professional with analytical and strategic thinking who wants to take on the challenge of ensuring regulatory compliance and the safety of our packaging products. If you have knowledge in BRCGS, risk management, audits, and regulatory requirements, and you are looking to develop yourself in a leading manufacturing company, this opportunity is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage regulatory and product safety compliance for the Corrugados Division
• Analyze and respond to technical customer requirements related to food contact, regulated substances, and product conformity.
• Issue letters of conformity and technical documentation based on regulations and analytical evidence.
• Coordinate specialized studies and tests, such as heavy metals, migration, or other required analyses.
• Evaluate regulatory risks of raw materials, chemicals, suppliers, and formulation changes.
• Keep technical and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Provide technical-regulatory support in audits, product investigations, and corporate/customer requests.
• Monitor regulatory changes and standardize compliance criteria between plants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Chemical, Industrial, Food, Materials Engineering, or a related degree.
• Intermediate - advanced English. (interpretation of documentation and technical conversation)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in food safety (product integrity)
• Paper, packaging, chemical, food, conversion, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Interpretation and management of technical and regulatory documentation: SDS, Declarations of Conformity (DoC), technical data sheets, food contact certificates.
• In risk assessment associated with chemical substances, food contact, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordination of regulatory, technical, or customer audits (Certification body experience is desirable)
• Interaction with external laboratories, suppliers, and corporate/global areas.

Knowledge:

• Technical knowledge of applicable regulations and normative frameworks (FDA, REACH, GFSI).
• Knowledge in BRCGS Packaging Materials, food safety, and requirements for packaging materials in contact with food.
