Join the team as: Credit and Collection Analyst

We are looking for a person with a high focus on goal achievement, high analytical capacity, who motivates change and collaborates with all levels of the organization, guaranteeing the proper administration, control, and recovery of the customer portfolio, ensuring timely payment compliance and the optimization of the company's cash flow, through credit evaluation, effective collection follow-up, and constant communication with commercial and financial areas.

REQUISITOS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Administration (Intern or Graduate).
• Experience: minimum of 2 years in Credit and Collection and/or administrative areas.
• Knowledge: SAP, Excel
• Competencies: Decision making and analysis.
• English: basic-intermediate

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Submit invoices for review for payment scheduling.
• Application of payments in SAP system.
• Collection follow-up with customers.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit and Collection Reports
• Monitor payment promises
• Customer visits if necessary for account reconciliation.
• Resolve differences that prevent payment (prices, purchase orders, receipts, CFDI, payment complements, etc.).
• Sending of account statements.
