Manufacturing company requests a Program Manager (Bilingual Program Manager).

Job Objective:

To serve as the single and formal communication link between the United States operation and the internal areas in Mexico, ensuring the correct management of orders, samples, tests, changes, shipment scheduling, and issue resolution, as well as the coordination of production and fulfillment of deliveries according to agreed specifications. Maintains professional and bilingual communication and ensures weekly executive visibility before the Directorates of both countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single and formal communication link between the United States operation and the internal areas of Mexico, ensuring that all requests enter through official channels and are classified into one of the six defined macro-processes.
  • Receive, register, and manage orders in ERP systems and control platforms.
  • Coordinate internally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle changes in orders, programs, or special customer requirements, evaluating the impact with Planning before committing to dates.
  • Manage sample and test requests end-to-end, from specification to the delivery of results.
  • Define and follow up on shipment scheduling, specifying full truckload or consolidated modality.
  • Prepare and maintain updated reports on order and shipment fulfillment.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify risks in the process and propose solutions to guarantee the fulfillment of objectives.
  • Provide continuous follow-up on production and shipment status.
  • Prepare, convene, and conduct the weekly joint presentation with the Directors of Mexico and the Directors of the United States.
  • Ensure that information regarding orders, changes, and shipments is visible to General Coordination, Plant Management, and Supply Chain, for their prioritization and inclusion in the plan.
  • Timely escalate risks, deviations, and issues to Operations Management and the Directorates of both countries.
  • Keep the order forecast updated and communicate it to Planning and Supply Chain.
  • Document agreements, minutes, and commitments derived from binational communication.
  • Foster solid and professional relationships with international customers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English, Minimum B2, Interview in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or International Business.
  • Experience in manufacturing companies with international customers. 2 to 4 years in program coordination, international customer service, supply chain, or order management within manufacturing companies. Desirable experience in binational operations or with United States customers. Availability to work within Mexico and United States time zones.
