We are looking for a reliable, common-sense individual to help look after a well-maintained apartment building. This is a straightforward role, you'll be the "go-to" person for keeping the property running smoothly and helping us find great new neighbors when a unit becomes available.

*What You'll Be Doing*

• *Light Maintenance*
• *Unit Turnovers:* Giving apartments a quick refresh between tenants so they're move-in ready.
• *Showing Units:* Meeting with potential renters to show available apartments and handing out basic applications.
• *Leasing and Rent Collection:* Processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and collecting monthly rent from tenants.
• *Property Oversight:* Keeping an eye on common areas (hallways, laundry room, etc.) to ensure everything is tidy and secure.

*This Job Is a Great Fit If:*

• You're "handy" with basic tools and enjoy fixing things.
• You're friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking to people.
• You can work independently without a lot of hand-holding.
• Experience in property management or hotel management is a plus.
