The Operations Department Assistant (m/f/d) supports the Production Manager with administrative, organizational, and coordinative tasks in daily operations. The goal of the position is to ensure a smooth flow of information, efficient processes, and structured support for the production management.
The activity takes place predominantly in the administrative environment of production, with regular proximity to production-related areas. The position requires a good understanding of operational processes as well as the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the Production Manager in the planning, organization, and tracking of operational topics
- Coordination and preparation of meetings, appointments, and production rounds
- Creation, maintenance, and tracking of minutes, action lists, and status overviews
- Preparation of key figures, evaluations, and presentations for the production management
- Supporting communication between production, quality, logistics, technology, HR, and other interfaces
- Administration and maintenance of documents, reports, and internal records
- Tracking of open tasks, escalations, and measures from production meetings
- Supporting shift, vacation, or resource planning, if required
- Collaborating on the improvement of administrative processes within production
- Supporting internal audits, training, and documentation requirements
- Organization of visitor appointments, internal events, or coordination meetings in the production environment
- Ensuring structured filing and information management
- Handling general administrative tasks for the production management
Education
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification
Professional Experience
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an internationally operating company

- Discretion in handling confidential information

- Sound knowledge of MS-Office and knowledge of SAP are desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills
Pay Transparency
The annual base salary range for this position is €39,864.00 to €50,736.00. The target total compensation is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, qualifications, skills, market comparison data, geographic location, as well as the scope and responsibility of the position.
For this position, variable compensation as well as participation in further compensation programs may additionally be provided, in accordance with the terms of the compensation plans applicable in the respective country of employment. Furthermore, employees are entitled to participate in the additional benefits and total compensation programs of the company applicable to their location and employment status.
