Accounts Receivable Clerk

What will you do? As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage our accounts receivable portfolio and ensure that outstanding claims are collected in a timely manner. You are the link between Finance, Sales, and Customer Service, and you monitor financial agreements without losing sight of the customer relationship.

Accounts Receivable and Credit Management Monitoring outstanding items and sending reminders and dunning letters

Contacting customers with payment arrears by telephone and drafting payment arrangements

Transferring files to collection agencies and bailiffs if necessary

Performing creditworthiness checks and advising on payment terms

Administration and other Processing bank transactions and preparing accounts receivable reports

Point of contact for insurance matters regarding the vehicle fleet and / or other occurring administrative tasks

Are you the Accounts Receivable Clerk we are looking for? MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, in the direction of Business Administration or Finance (PDL is a plus)

A few years of experience in a financial-administrative role, preferably within accounts receivable management

Knowledge of financial processes, business correspondence, and relevant laws and regulations

Good command of Dutch and sufficient command of English

Strong communicator, analytical, accurate, and result-oriented

Experience with MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Dynamics NAV
