As a Facilities Employee, you, together with your colleagues, are co-responsible for managing and inspecting the accommodations where our flex workers reside.

What will you do?

• Inspecting various accommodations and identifying potential areas for improvement.
• Independently performing small technical repairs and ensuring that larger problems are addressed by the correct parties.
• Guiding check-ins and check-outs of flex workers.
• Being the point of contact for residents and suppliers for questions and challenges regarding housing.
• Implementing SNF registrations and other relevant housing protocols.

Location

You will work from our office in Amsterdam and regularly visit our housing locations to ensure that all accommodations meet our quality standards.

The point of contact for everything regarding housing and ensuring that residents feel at home. You have a practical mindset and can switch easily between different responsibilities. Collaborating with others comes naturally to you, but you are also able to make independent decisions and solve problems quickly.

Furthermore, you are:

• Strong in organizing and communicating, both with residents and suppliers.
