Systems Engineering Professional / Electrical & Control Systems Trainer

At WeQuel, we are now looking for a Systems Engineering Professional / Electrical & Control Systems Trainer in Finspång, where you will become an important part of the client's training operations with a focus on electrical systems, control systems, and automation. The role combines theoretical teaching with practical training elements and involves an active responsibility for developing, conducting, and improving technical training programs.

Your tasks: Conducting training in electrical systems, control systems, and automation

Training in systems such as PCS7 and/or T3000

Production and updating of course material

Development of training concepts and training setups

Ensuring compliance with EHS and safety requirements

Support to participants for competence and certification development

Collaboration with technical experts, project teams, and educators

Contribution to the development of future technical training solutions

Practical and theoretical training activities

Handling and review of technical documentation

You will work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your work forward while collaborating closely with several functions and specialist areas within the organization.

Requirements: Documented experience in electrical power, control systems, and/or automation

Relevant technical education in electricity, automation, control systems, or equivalent

Good knowledge of industrial control systems

Very good ability to pedagogically explain complex technical concepts

Fluent English in speech and writing

Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Experience in technical training, coaching, or mentorship

Experience with PCS7 and/or T3000 is meritorious

Experience from site work, commissioning, or service operations is meritorious

Knowledge of KKS, P&ID, and technical documentation is meritorious

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Structured, responsible, and collaborative way of working
