We at WeQuel are now looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Stream Lead – IT Delivery & Migration, where you will become a key part of the Phoenix HR Transformation Project with a focus on IT delivery, migration and go-live readiness. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the IT Delivery & Migration workstream from planning into execution. You will lead and coordinate all activities within the stream, ensuring that delivery aligns with the target operating model, project plans, governance framework and established ways of working, while creating structure, transparency and momentum across multiple parallel initiatives. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our clients, leading companies within HR and IT transformation, where you contribute to the successful implementation, migration, testing, integration and deployment of new HR platforms and processes. Your responsibilities: Leadership and coordination of the IT Delivery & Migration stream (approx. 80–100% of the role)

Management of integrations, testing, data migration and system implementations

Driving cutover, go-live and transition to support

Coordination of business stakeholders, IT teams, global teams, vendors and project streams

Management of risks, issues, dependencies and escalations

Ensuring traceability of requirements, testing and delivery

Maintenance of project documentation and reporting

Business Analyst assignments within the organization (remaining time), including: Investigations and assessments

Requirements analysis

Business process analysis

Strategic and operational improvement initiatives

You will work in a complex and dynamic environment where you quickly take ownership of an ongoing transformation initiative and drive integration, migration, testing and deployment activities through to successful delivery, in close collaboration with multiple interfaces across the organization. Requirements: 5+ years in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead or System Analyst

Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs

Experience coordinating integrations and migrations

Strong experience in test management and delivery coordination

Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or related field

Fluent in Swedish and English

HR or ERP transformation programs

Payroll systems and payroll parallel testing

Cutover and go-live management

Supplier and vendor management

Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum, ISTQB)

Assignment details Start: Mid-October 2026

End: 31 August 2027

Possible extension: Anticipated continued need at approx. 50% until 31 August 2028

Workload: 100% (full-time) until 31 August 2027, thereafter approx. 50%

Remote: 100% ONSITE

Notice period: ASAP

Language: Swedish and English

Background: The current role holder will be on parental leave from December 2026
