Quality Professional in Projects (QMIP)
Consultancy assignment within Oil & Gas We at WeQuel are now looking for a Quality Professional in Projects (QMIP) in Finspång, where you will become an important part of the delivery projects' core team with a focus on quality assurance and quality management. As a Project Quality Manager within Oil & Gas, you will function as a sub-project manager responsible for all the project's quality activities, and you will report, together with the rest of the project team, to the appointed Project Manager. The role is central to the collaboration between different business areas and involves responsibility for establishing quality plans as well as coordinating and following up on quality activities according to customer contracts, internal processes, as well as local laws and regulations. Your tasks: Management of the project's quality team as well as responsibility for the quality budget
Responsibility for the schedule of quality-related activities
Implementation and follow-up of the project's quality plan
Reporting of deviations from the quality management system to the quality organization
Support to the project team regarding deviations, error reports, Quality Gates, and Lessons Learned
Coordination of quality issues between the customer and the project team as a contact person
Responsibility for the project's quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA)
You will work in a dynamic and international environment where you independently drive your own workflow forward while simultaneously collaborating closely with several interfaces within the organization as well as with customers and subcontractors. Requirements: Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
Experience of working in project organizations
Experience in coordinating and driving quality activities in complex projects
University or master's degree in quality, engineering, or equivalent experience within the quality field
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good collaborative and communication skills
Result- and quality-oriented with a strong customer focus
Merit: Experience as a project manager or sub-project manager
Experience from the Oil & Gas, energy, or process industry
Knowledge of gas turbines
Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English

Travel: The role involves international travel to customers and subcontractors a few times per year
