Manager Quality Control Laboratories
At WeQuel, we are now looking for a SE-Manager Quality Control Laboratories in Stockholm where you become an important part of the quality organization, with a focus on quality assurance of laboratory testing, validation, and documentation. In this role, you take ownership of laboratory systems and ensure that testing, investigations, and quality processes meet the highest regulatory standards. As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our clients, a leading company within the life science industry, where you contribute to optimizing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating sustainable quality solutions. Your responsibilities: Quality assurance of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing and controls of products, raw materials/input materials, media, and manufacturing processes (including environmental hygiene)
Quality assurance of validation and maintenance in the chemical/microbiological laboratory
Equipment ownership for laboratory systems
Review and approval of documentation, test methods, and processes for the Quality Control laboratory
Review and approval of laboratory investigations and non-conformances
You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your workflow forward while collaborating with multiple interfaces within the organization. Requirements: Strong knowledge of GMP/Quality Systems
Quality assurance experience in a regulated laboratory environment
Experience reviewing and approving laboratory documentation
Experience owning laboratory equipment/systems
Experience managing deviations, non-conformances, and investigations
Fluent Swedish (native) and English, spoken and written
Nice to have: Leadership experience or Quality Review Board participation
Microbiology expertise
Validation experience
Experience with raw material and manufacturing process quality oversight
CAPA and continuous improvement experience
