IT Test Consultant (Test Lead / Hypercare) – ERP Implementation in SAP

About the company

We at WeQuel are now looking for several IT Test Consultants. You will become an important part of the customer's extensive ERP transformation, where the R-one system is being replaced by SAP (live since September 2025). The focus lies on testing, test coordination, and hypercare. The business revolves largely around the secure B2B logistics of prescription and non-prescription medicines and commercial goods. It also includes advanced services for pharmaceutical companies, such as consulting, support for clinical trials, and market analysis. The role involves high requirements for delivery security, temperature-controlled logistics, and strict regulatory compliance.

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work at one of our customers who are leading companies within health, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. There, you will contribute to optimizing processes, implementing new technology, and creating sustainable solutions.

Your tasks

An external vendor is building the system in SAP under the leadership of the customer's project manager. The project includes integrations with existing systems (ISF, ISAK, and qsoft) and with automated facilities. The relevant roles are Test Lead and hypercare support.

• Coordination, synchronization, and administration of tests

• Structuring of tests per function and test type

• Bridging the gap between IT and the business

• Analysis of business needs and consequences in the flow

• Handling complex integrations, including manual invoicing flows and article data from ISF to SAP

• Hypercare support after deployment

Requirements

• Documented experience of IT projects in a coordinating and synchronizing role

• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Experience of working in or with SAP

• Good business understanding, including what works in practice

• Ability to understand the consequences of changes in complex integration flows

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or projects within production or logistics

• Experience with the systems ISF, ISAK, and qsoft

• Understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Certification is not required, as the customer provides training.

• Swedish and/or Finnish

• Driver's license and access to your own car

• Location: Flexible between Enköping, Stockholm, and Göteborg
