Industrialization Project Manager

About the role
As an Industrialization Project Manager via WeQuel, you will be matched with assignments at customers in automotive, power electronics, and heavy manufacturing industry. You are responsible for leading industrialization work cross-functionally and delivering against time, cost, and quality in an environment where things are constantly happening.
Daily life combines classic project management with technical expertise. You move naturally between design, production, quality, and logistics, driving the work forward even when guidelines are not entirely clear.
Your daily work includes
- Leading industrialization activities for new and modified products
- Coordinating cross-functional teams within production, quality, logistics, and design
- Preparation, layout work, and management of equipment investments
- Risk management, milestone tracking, and reporting to the steering group
- Driving improvement work in parallel with the regular project flow
What we are looking for
To succeed in the role, you need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering within mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in project management with production-related responsibility
- Accustomed to working in complex matrix organizations with many contact surfaces
- Experience from automotive, energy, or heavy manufacturing industry is highly meritorious
- Fluent Swedish and English, both are used in daily work
