Job Summary You will prepare fried rice, noodles, and sauces for MIN-Wok, manage food and seafood orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness, cut meats and seafood, cook rice, serve food, and oversee hygiene and cost calculation. Responsibilities Prepare fried rice and noodles by following recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality Prepare cooking sauces each morning to support daily menu requirements Order food, seafood, and kitchen sauces to maintain adequate stock levels Cut chicken, pork, and seafood accurately to meet cooking specifications Cook rice and serve food promptly to customers Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to comply with food safety standards Calculate food costs to support budget management and minimize waste working hours 7am -7pm
