Accounting Officer

This positions will responsible for

• PV (Payment Voucher)
• RV ( Receipt Voucher)
• PC (Petty Cash Voucher)
• Prepare Vat report, withholding tax 3,53, report and submit to The Revenue Department
• Prepare document for payment on time send to Finance to prepare cheque
• Bank Reconciliation
• Monthly recheck stock of product and fixed asset
• Can uses program SAP B1 will be considered a special advantage.
• Follow up Purchase Dept. for send all invoice to Accounting Dept. within month.
• Assistance accounting & general affair relate job

Qualifications: Female, age 25-40 years old Dipoma Or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and related field At least 3-5 year relevant good knowledge in accounting Able in written and spoken English. Must have own Transport Energetic with pleasant personality. Computer literate in MS Office & Accounting software
