Part Time Weekend Mother's Helper – Studio City, CA

A welcoming family in Studio City, CA 91604 is seeking an engaging, reliable weekend mother's helper to support parents with their 1-year-old baby and 3-year-old toddler in a smoke-free, pet-free home. The target start date is the first weekend of December for an anticipated one-year duration.

Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays

Up to 10 hours per weekend

Hours set monthly with 30 days' advance notice

Family Specifications:

Smoke-free home

Pet-free home

Parents will be home during shifts; looking for a collaborative second pair of hands

Values reading, music, interactive educational activities, and a screen-free care environment

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on childcare support for a 1-year-old baby and 3-year-old toddler alongside the parents

Engage the children in age-appropriate, screen-free activities, including reading, music, and interactive play

Assist with meal and snack preparation for the children

Assist with diaper changing and potty training support

Handle light housekeeping duties related to childcare (e.g., tidying play areas, children's laundry, and cleaning children's dishes/bottles)

Requirements:

Proven experience in infant and toddler caregiving (e.g., as a mother's helper, babysitter, or nanny)

Compensation:

$19-20 per hour
