Part Time Babysitter – Chesapeake, VA

A welcoming active military family in Chesapeake, VA 23321 is seeking an experienced and compassionate babysitter for their two young children (ages 3 and 6).

Schedule:

Start Date: Asap

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

**Flexible schedule focused primarily on occasional school pickups, after-school activities, and a weekly date night

Family Specifications:

Smoke free home

7 year old Golden retriever

Active military family

Responsibilities:

Provide engaging personal care, including assistance with bathing and dressing

Plan meals, prepare food, and feed the children

Provide safe transportation to and from school and extra-curricular activities

Accompany children to activities outside the home

Requirements:

Proven child caregiving or babysitting experience

Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record

Ability to safely transport children to activities (gas stipend/reimbursement provided)

Comfortable around pets

Preferred:

First Aid/CPR certifications

Compensation:

$20–$23 per hour

Gas stipend / mileage reimbursement for driving using personal vehicle
