A welcoming family living near Valley Medical Hospital in Renton, WA 98055 is seeking an active, engaging nanny for their 9 month old son. The family values an interactive caregiver who can foster early educational development.

Schedule:

Current Schedule (Part-Time): Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (to get acquainted with the family)

Starting October (Full-Time): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (when 10 months old)

Family Specifications:

Active and mobile environment to keep up with a very energetic infant

Smoke-free home

Pet-free home

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive age-appropriate care

Engage in educational activities, including reading educational books and teaching early concepts (ABCs, numbers, age-appropriate learning)

Prepare meals

Handle laundry

Clean up after and keep his play areas tidy

Requirements:

Physical ability to stay active and keep up with a mobile, energetic child

Experience with infant care and early childhood developmental milestones

Must pass a comprehensive background check

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
