After-School Caregiver – Wilmington, MA

A family in Wilmington, MA 01887 is seeking an engaging, reliable, and attentive caregiver to provide after-school supervision and care for their two children (ages 12 and 8) who both have special needs. This family has a vaccination policy, which will be discussed directly with the candidate.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

9 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Family Specifications:

Four cats in the home

Smoke-free home

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive after-school care and supervision for two children with special needs

Engage the children in safe, age-appropriate activities

Provide occasional transportation to local children's activities

Support daily evening routines and maintain a safe, nurturing environment

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid certified

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Comfortable working in a home with pets

Preferred:

CNA experience

Basic knowledge of tracheostomy care (training will be provided)

Compensation:

$25–$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)
