Cleaner

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest areas, public spaces, offices, and other designated facilities.

Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as required.

Clean and maintain restrooms and ensure adequate hygiene standards are maintained.

Properly handle and use cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.

Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

 Report faulty equipment or maintenance issues promptly.

Dispose of waste properly and maintain appropriate waste management practices.

Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Carry out other cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Cleaner, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality environment, is an added advantage.

Must be hardworking, trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.

Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Must reside in Kubwa, Abuja, or within a reasonable commuting distance.
