Registered Nurse Required for Locum Jobs Responsibilities Provide post-discharge support to patients to ensure smooth transition from hospital to home care Perform nursing observation and monitor patient conditions to detect changes and respond promptly Deliver medication reminders and assist patients with medication administration to promote adherence Support patient mobility and accompany them safely during movements to prevent falls or injuries Administer basic nursing care to meet patients’ daily health needs and comfort Coordinate care activities with healthcare providers to ensure continuity and comprehensive support Facilitate clear communication between patients’ family members and healthcare providers to align care plans Promote patient wellness and recovery through supportive nursing interventions and encouragement Other Information Day Shift 8am to 8pm / Night Shift 8pm to 8am Please contact Vanessa at 8993 3689 if you are interested!
