Your tasks
The People Operations team plays a fundamental role in providing high-quality operational support, ensuring full labor law compliance, and continuously enhancing the employee lifecycle. As People Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end processes, manage relationships with third-party vendors, conduct union relations, and lead a direct team.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead, mentor, and develop the direct People Operations (People Ops) team, ensuring continuous operational support, performance alignment, and the attraction of new talent to the team.
- Act in strategic vendor and budget management, monitoring the performance, costs, and contracts of partner companies responsible for payroll processing, benefits, and time tracking.
- Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness, staying ahead of regional labor laws, ensuring data integrity, and leading participation in annual audits (ISO, regulatory, and internal policies).
- Conduct union relations and legal representation, leading collective bargaining negotiations and representing the organization (as a legal representative/preposto) in Labor Court hearings.
- Partner with global Payroll and Total Rewards teams to ensure payroll accuracy through rigorous reviews and approvals (without operational execution), as well as managing benefit calendars and eligibility.
- Act as the primary PeopleOps/DP consultant to senior leadership, managing complex processes such as executive onboarding and offboarding with strict alignment to our policies.
- Optimize and drive end-to-end improvements in workflows, HR systems, and data usage, recommending efficiency strategies to Business Partners (BPs).
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding a work-life balance.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE

- Solid experience in People Operations/Departmento Pessoal leadership, with strong involvement in managing the employee lifecycle.
- Deep understanding and interest in acting in strategic management and the review/audit of payroll partners, without the need to "get your hands dirty" with closing/processing in the system.
- Specialized knowledge in Brazilian labor legislation, union negotiations, legal representation (preposto), and conducting audit processes (e.g., ISO).
- Previous experience with budget management and negotiating contracts with third-party DP and benefits vendors.
- An inspiring leader, with a proven track record in building, developing, and supervising HR operations teams.
- Able to act strategically in process optimization, maintaining high standards of data integrity in HR systems.
- Completed degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
