Customer service agent

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team at WELLCAST SA. If you have experience in online customer service and a focus on service quality, this position is for you. You should be proactive and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft 365. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously. Must have:

• Excellent English communication skills — C1 level minimum (written and spoken)
