CDI - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Strat Data - Paris

Your role
Within the Talent Acquisition France team and under the responsibility of the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will autonomously manage the recruitment of Artefact's Strat Data teams, for profiles ranging from Junior to Manager.
As a partner to the operational teams, you will support them throughout the process in order to guarantee quality recruitment and a demanding candidate experience:
Manage recruitment from end to end
Collect and challenge needs with managers
Define and implement the recruitment approach adapted to each need
Manage the entire process: sourcing, qualification, HR interviews, coordination of evaluation steps, and offer
Develop a proactive sourcing approach and build pools of relevant profiles.
Support operational teams
Advise and challenge managers throughout the process to guarantee objective and consistent recruitment decisions
Ensure the correct application of the process and evaluation methods
Ensure a quality recruitment experience for candidates and internal teams
Contribute to continuous improvement
Identify friction points and contribute to the improvement of processes and practices
Ensure the quality and reliability of data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Contribute to the projects and initiatives of the Talent Acquisition team.
Your profile
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting/ ESN
Mastery of end-to-end recruitment, with solid practice in sourcing and direct approach
An ability to manage and prioritize a recruitment scope autonomously
A business partner posture, with the ability to advise and challenge
Good mastery of recruitment tools and a good level of English.
Remuneration: up to 44K annually depending on profile.
