What you will do

• Provide support in daily logistical activities, including shipment tracking, transport coordination, delivery monitoring, and communication with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods across North America.
• Support the collection, validation, and analysis of logistical data to prepare performance reports, monitor key indicators, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in logistical projects focused on reducing transport costs, improving service levels, increasing operational visibility, and optimizing processes through data-driven solutions.
• Work in close collaboration with customer service, purchasing, warehouse, transport provider, and regional operations teams to support supply chain execution and resolve logistical incidents.
• Demonstrate an absolute commitment to our Zero Harm culture, supporting the development of a world-class safety culture.

Indispensable requirements

• Currently in 5th or 6th semester of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or other ERP/TMS platforms will be valued.
• Advanced English.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in North America.
• Proactive person, detail-oriented, and interested in learning in a dynamic logistics and supply chain environment.
