These are your tasks Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, coordination and management of PE projects as well as cooperation with various departments and external partners Responsibility for the new and further development of products taking cost targets into account, creation of product specifications and design / product FMEAs Coordination and execution of development tasks, including procurement of purchased parts and initial sampling Support with manufacturing problems, complaint assessment and determination of preventive measures Determination and execution of tests, product releases and creation of test reports Responsibility for drawing creation, master data entry and maintenance as well as the creation of catalogs and product information Creation and execution of simulation models for the analysis and optimization of fiber optic assemblies

What you bring with you Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualification Several years of sound professional experience in the field of product development, ideally with leadership experience Professional knowledge in the development of fiber optic assemblies In-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP, plus English skills at C1 level, know-how in the field of simulation software is desirable Strongly developed technical understanding, quick comprehension, strong willingness to learn as well as an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working Good leadership and assertiveness, communication strength, desire to shape, strong organizational talent, flexibility and commitment
