Operations Assistant

Overview Support the Operations Executiveand team members in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouseoperations. Responsibilities Assist the driver in deliveringmarketing materials such as prints, premiums and marketing collaterals todesignated locations. Support in the setup andrectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshootingretail demos and other retail installations. Help with the preparation ofdeployment materials for field teams. Maintain the tidiness andorganization of the warehouse, ensuring that materials are properly stored andeasily accessible. Provide additional support in theshifting and movement of items as needed for various events and projects. Perform ad hoc tasks as required toensure smooth operational flow. Requirements & Qualifications Class 3 Driving Licenseadvantageous but not crucial Work experience in visualmerchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). Maybe required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgentevents, roadshows or deployments Male applicants must have completedNational Service (NS)
