Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange daily work tasks independently to ensure smooth workshop operations Guide workers in applying effective techniques to improve work efficiency and quality Perform putty application and removal of parts to prepare vehicles for spray painting Mask vehicle areas accurately to protect surfaces during painting Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding down surfaces, applying putty, and polishing after painting Remove and refix vehicle parts as needed to facilitate thorough painting coverage Maintain tools and equipment in good condition to support consistent quality work Deliver high-quality spray painting work following established guidelines Maintain clean and safe housekeeping standards in the workshop at all times
