Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities ·        Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements. ·        Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress. ·        Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations. ·        Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays. ·        Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards. ·        Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders. ·        Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers' accommodation/dormitories when required. ·        Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites. ·        Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures. ·        Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management. Requirements ·        Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction or related industry. ·        Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence. ·        Good knowledge of construction site operations and work coordination. ·        Able to supervise and manage construction workers effectively. ·        Able to communicate and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders. ·        Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently in a site environment. ·        Willing to travel between different project sites when required.
