JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the technical and commercial service of customers, distributors, and branches in the foreign market, analyzing the performance of the customer account in quantitative and qualitative terms, proposing corrective measures; as well as monitoring current and new projects and specifications, providing clarifications regarding product application, preparing and monitoring technical/commercial proposals and product development, as well as conducting commercial negotiations with customers/branches.

Responsibilities and duties

• Receive and analyze customer inquiries, evaluating the technical and commercial feasibility of proposals.
• Develop studies and applications of products and services for industrial machines and systems.
• Prepare engineering specifications and technical descriptions, including process control, command logic, sequencing, interlocks, and protections.
• Technically coordinate proposals and contracts for drive systems, involving WEG group companies and third-party suppliers.
• Conduct meetings and contacts with customers to define scope, technical clarifications, and presentation of solutions.
• Monitor proposals through follow-up with representatives, branches, and customers.
• Conduct technical-commercial negotiations aiming at the realization of orders.
• Technically coordinate projects and businesses, integrating internal areas and distributing responsibilities.
• Manage and prioritize the portfolio of proposals in preparation, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Guide coordinators, estimators, and sales analysts regarding technical and commercial activities.
• Promote training, internal and external courses, and technical improvement actions.
• Monitor technological and market trends related to machines, drives, and industrial systems.
• Identify market needs and contribute to the development and improvement of products.
• Prepare comparative studies by product line and market segment, considering consumption and selling prices.
• Evaluate profitability, performance, and customer order portfolio, proposing corrective and improvement actions.
• Monitor the development and approval of samples, prototypes, and pilot batches with customers.
• Perform periodic visits to customers, strengthening the technical and commercial relationship and representing WEG.
• Support the development of new products and solutions, forwarding proposals for analysis by the responsible areas.
• Share application knowledge and experiences with other employees.
• Foster commercial opportunities, including the sale of electric vehicle charging stations.
• Seek technical and commercial solutions together with analysts from other segments, promoting synergy and competitiveness.
• Support other company areas in matters related to the portfolio customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase the productivity and efficiency of sales activities.

Requirements and qualifications

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed higher education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with electric vehicle charging solutions.
• Intermediate English.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of WEG Products.
• Formulation and Analysis of Commercial Contracts.
• Pricing, Costs, and Budgeting Formulation and Analysis.
• Analysis and Interpretation of Statistical Data.
