Responsible for customer and representative service (domestic and foreign markets), assisting in providing clarifications regarding product application, preparing technical/commercial proposals for subsequent order issuance, as well as following up on proposals and providing clarifications to customers and representatives regarding order progress and the existing portfolio.
Responsibilities and duties Analyze customer technical specifications, as well as commercial conditions, aiming to prepare technical/commercial proposals for product supplies. Issue and verify orders, based on purchase orders. Provide information on order progress. Technical information on products/applications. Issuance and verification of Ett´s Administration of sales contracts, when applicable. Accompanying customers on factory visits Monitoring of payments, inspections, and sending of drawings (Contract Admin) Scheduling of transformer shipments. Prepare inquiries to engineering for quoting engineered products. Follow-up on proposals aiming to increase order closing.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Completed technical course in Mecânica or Eletrotécnica; Intermediate computer knowledge and skills (Pacote Office); Knowledge of Transmissão and Distribuição products; Availability for travel; Intermediate English and Spanish.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate English and Spanish; Knowledge of sales routines in SAP; Currently studying for a degree in Engenharia Elétrica, Mecânica, Produção, or Automação.
