Responsible for monitoring and analyzing Quality indices in the production process to establish Quality control actions, aiming to optimize material and time resources.Responsibilities and attributions-Generate corrective action plans for Non-conformities, as well as issue reports and trigger the appropriate departments aiming to define solutions, responsible parties, and deadlines for the previously defined actions. Perform experiments and investigations to define the possible causes of Non-conformities. Define and implement dispositions for Non-conformities, issue communications, and trigger the appropriate departments to define the possible causes of Non-conformities and perform the necessary follow-up until the establishment of corrective actions. Perform inspections on Panels and Electrical Rooms. Implement preventive actions in the manufacturing process. Monitor Quality indices supporting with control actions according to Quality objectives. Issue technical quality reports on processes and products. Provide technical support to Production and support areas (Developments, PCP, Logistics, CRM, Processes, etc.). Execute audits on processes, products, and documents, according to defined procedures, always ensuring they are implemented and according to revision.
