As a Financial Controller, you are the owner of the complete Financial Control pillar within the Wefabricate Group. You report directly to the CFO and work closely with the Business Controller. You are an essential link in making strategic decisions based on reliable financial data. Your contribution enables growth, scalability, and financial stability.   • Responsible for financial control within all group entities
  • Providing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including reconciliations, accruals, and analyses
  • Providing VAT, CIT, WKR, payroll tax, and other filings and/or reconciliations
  • Managing AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management
  • Leading and coaching a finance team of 2–4 employees
  • Optimizing workflows with financial systems and automation (AI)

  • Preparing and coordinating audits, tax filings, and annual accounts
  • Collaborating with auditors and tax advisors for national and international compliance
  • Providing financial insights to the CFO and Business Controller
  • Actively sharing financial results with internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and managing financial risks and internal controls (full owner of the AO/IB)
  • Initiating improvements in processes, standardization, and data analysis

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, consolidation, and tax compliance
  • Experience within a multi-entity or group structure
  • Hands-on, accurate, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
