Your tasks

• Liaise with customers via email and telephone regarding warehouse-related matters.
• Update inbound and outbound transaction records accurately in the system.
• Prepare, check, and process the necessary operational documents.
• Assist with administrative coordination to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Carry out other relevant duties as assigned.
