Ward Nurse [SL]

Job Summary Responsible for providing safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care within the Inpatient Ward/Suite, following established nursing procedures, clinical protocols, and organisational standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Ensure the safe delivery of nursing interventions and maintain appropriate standards of patient care. Observe and report changes in patients' conditions and maintain accurate nursing documentation. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support patient well-being and continuity of care. Provide operational and clinical support to the Nurse Manager and relevant clinicians, including ad hoc assignments.
