Vehicle Service Assistant [EL]

Coordinate the collection and delivery of customers' vehicles to and from designated locations according to assigned schedules. Communicate with customers professionally and courteously throughout the vehicle collection and delivery process. Assist Service Advisors with the movement of customers' vehicles within the service centre and workshop. Move vehicles to designated parking areas and refuel vehicles when required. Maintain the cleanliness of company replacement vehicles, monitor and update mileage records, and arrange refuelling when necessary. Collect office purchases and assist with other routine administrative errands. Perform other reasonable duties related to business operations as assigned.
