Checking patient's vital signs and talking to them to assess their condition

Overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish

Making sure patients are given the correct medications ordered by their doctors

Participate in the development and implementation of the patient’s short- and long-term plan of care and monthly progress notes

Training will be provided.
