Showroom Sales Executive [SL]

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to help customers discover the right lighting and home décor solutions for their spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers by understanding their preferences and recommending suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits and available options to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Promote the company’s products and services while exploring opportunities to attract new customers.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.
• Maintain a cheerful, professional and helpful attitude.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
• Update and maintain the company website and social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and a pleasant, approachable personality.
• Enthusiasm for sales, customer service and home décor.
• Willingness to learn about premium lighting products and interior styling.
• Ability to work well in a small team and adapt to changing priorities.
