Senior Technical Engineer [SAS]

Your tasks

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of preventive maintenance programmes for plant equipment, including IMTE calibration and maintenance record management.
• Oversee routine, corrective and ad-hoc maintenance activities for building facilities, utilities and plant systems.
• Conduct and guide technical troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation and control systems, including PLC, SCADA and HMI, to minimise equipment downtime.
• Evaluate and support new equipment installation, commissioning, system upgrades, feasibility studies and technical planning.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers, monitoring work progress, technical standards, safety practices and timely completion of maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare, review and maintain technical reports, approval documents, work instructions, training materials and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Oversee spare parts procurement and inventory management, including supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, price negotiation and ordering.
• Work with the Technical Department to implement EHS initiatives, conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify maintenance risks and recommend improvements to equipment reliability, safety, cost efficiency and operational performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to engineers, technicians and other relevant personnel.
